To meet the different needs of installers, Zilmet offers a new product, the expansion vessel HYDRO-PLUS E, suitable for application in both sanitary/potable water and heating systems (even with power greater than 35kW). capacity range available is very wide: in fact it goes from 5 to 450 liters, a subdivision that allows you to find the right size depending on the characteristics of the system (we also remember the possibility of using the configurator available on the Zilmet website).
Zilmet has also recently introduced its own dedicated line of buffer tanks – BUFFER TANK, with capacity from 25 liters to 100 liters, suitable to be installed in such a way as to limit the start-ups of the heating system and thus reducing energy consumption, as they act as a thermal flywheel; ZILMET BUFFER TANKS are designed to be installed inside all closed circuit heating systems.
Quality first
The line HYDRO-PLUS E It is equipped with a ZILAN DW-HT® butyl membrane, a material that enjoys various certifications for sanitary/potable water, developed by Zilmet to guarantee superior pre-charge sealing performance over time, extending maintenance intervals. But this is not the only plus: the internal metal surface of the vessel is protected from contact with water by a PP cap (for sizes up to 24 litres) and, for models starting from 80 litres, by a layer of sanitary epoxy paint; the latter are also equipped with a polypropylene base, increasing the stability and durability of the product. Furthermore, the fitting is designed in stainless steel, to guarantee excellent sealing over time (¾”, 1” and 1” ¼ connections). To complete all this, the external coating also guarantees a llong duration, being made of epoxy-polyester powder paint.

The HYDRO-PLUS E line has been subjected to endurance tests in accordance with the rigorous European standards (EN 13831) and, like the other Zilmet product lines, it is tested twice at 100% during the production cycle to guarantee its durability over time: this is why the HYDRO-PLUS E line offers a 6-year warranty. Furthermore, Zilmet products comply with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and enjoy several health certifications, ensuring it is a durable and safe solution for all your water storage needs.
